At School

• Your school will require you to do the annual health check around spring time and it usually takes only a few weeks to get the results back.

• You will have to fill a questionnaire asking specific questions about your lifestyle, mental state and conditions in your family.

It usually entails various tests such as:

• girth, height and weight measurements

• a urine test

• a blood pressure check

• a blood test

• a sight test

• a heartbeat and breath sound check

• an electrocardiogram test

• a palpation test

• a chest x‐ray
